We use a Chlorine Dioxide (CLo2) Gas to kill mold, odor causing bacterias and organisms.

Chlorine dioxide is the strongest and safest antimicrobial available on the market today. While also being environmentally friendly it is also safe for people and pets leaving no chemical residue.

 Most disinfectants only destroy a small portion of mold, bacteria and dangerous pathogens. Our process completely eliminates odors by destroying the organic or chemical composition at its source.

Here is how chlorine dioxide works: All odors are composes of negatively charged molecules while CLo2 is positively charged which makes it seek out all negatively charged molecules. Once the chlorine dioxide makes contact with the negatively charged molecules, it oxidizes and destroys them permanently.

The chlorine dioxide vapor penetrates all porous surfaces, drywall, and places virtually impossible to access with normal procedures. CLo2 eliminates any biological contaminant present.

In addition, it will kill all volatile organic compounds such as mold spores, bacteria, and airborne viral contaminants that may be in the air as well.
